We are a kebab manufacturing company in Rhineland-Palatinate that is subject to the strict European Community guidelines for meat processing companies and is approved for export within the Community. Our internal control system in accordance with the HACCP guidelines is therefore monitored daily by the veterinary authorities.
The company, founded in 1998 by Mehmet Özdemir, is Halal certified. We also use our own HACCP system and produce food that is safe for health. By adhering to the measures mentioned above and the strictest hygiene controls and regulations during the production process, we can offer our customers across Europe kebab products of the highest quality.

This is how quality is created step by step
Our raw materials are supplied by selected and certified partner companies that meet our high quality standards.
Immediately after delivery, we check compliance with the cold chain and carry out a careful visual inspection to ensure freshness and quality.
The meat is expertly cut, marinated and then precisely placed on the skewers – for an even and perfect grilling result.
Each skewer is given the finishing touches, wrapped in a protective film and labelled with the necessary information.
In order to preserve the freshness and quality as best as possible, the skewer undergoes an intensive shock freezing process at -49°C, which lasts over 18 hours.
